    As Chief People Officer at ProService, Trisha has a passion for developing talent and inspiring the next generation of leaders in Hawaii. She leads an HR team responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, evaluating, and enabling people development and culture building. Along with being a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Hawaii (not in public practice) and a Chartered Global Management Accountant, she is a volunteer board member of the Hawaii Society of Certified Public Accountants since 2010 and leads the Y-CPA, an elite group of members who serve as the HSCPA’s liaison to future CPAs. Trisha previously served as Chief Operating Officer at HiHR, prior to ProService’s August 2016 acquisition of that company.
